I always had an issue with my weight…
I got called a whale, pig, fatty, ugly and more…
She had tried it all… Eating right, working out, weight loss pills… You name it.
Kids at school told her she could never lose the weight. But she was determined to prove them wrong.
One day she realised that if you change the way you look at things, you can change the way you look. *MINDSET BABY!
And it just “clicked”.
In January 2012 she realised it was time to stop saying and start doing.
She started at 235 pounds and lost close to 100 pounds naturally.

How She Did It
By the end of summer 2012, I had lost around 35-40 pounds, just by eating healthy and going for walks.
I was shocked at what my body could do… at what I could do.
And so she kept going!

Tip #1: Go Slow
Don’t stress about losing 50 pounds at ounce. Take your time. The slower you do it, the longer it will stay off.
Tip #2: Eat Healthy, Workout, And…
Don’t drink too much alcohol… Remember drinking makes you gain weight fast.
Tip #3: Try To Eat Healthy Carbs, Not Processed Carbs
That will help you beat the bloat.

Tip #5: Want A Beach Body?
Don’t let anyone tell you that you don’t have a perfect beach body because we all have a perfect beach body. The is NO definition of what perfect mean in this world. I’m not perfect. Kim Kardashian is not perfect. Kylie Jenner is not perfect… no one is perfect! We are all beautiful and we all have amazing bodies in our own way. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
