1. Reverse Crunch + Leg Drop

Legs straight as possible during leg drop.

2. Crunch

3. Scissor Kicks

Cross one leg over the other and make sure your back is flat on the ground.

4. Russian Twists

Lean back and twist. Keep your back straight.

5. Moutain Climbers

Go as fast as you can!

6. Bicycle Crunch

Right elbow to your left knee. Left elbow to your right knee. Go Go Go!

7. Spider Plank

Do the plank. Draw one knee to the outside shoulder. Return to plank. Repeat on the other side.

8. Plank With Hip Twist

Do the plank. Twist your left hip till it touches the mat and then back to plank. Repeat on the other side.

9. Raised Legs Crunch

Lie flat on your back with your legs up. Crunch up.

10. Up And Down Plank

Pank up. Plank down.
