1. PLIE SQUATS (30 Seconds)

  • Take a big wide step.
  • Interlace your fingers.
  • Extend your arms pointing to the ground.
  • Squat down.
  • Stand back up, for 30 seconds.

2. CALF RAISES (10 Seconds)

  • Lift one heel off the ground.
  • Bring it back down.
  • Lift the other heel off the ground.
  • Bring it back down, for 10 seconds.

3. BABY PULSES (10 Seconds)

  • Pulse a few inches up and down, for 10 seconds.

4. LUNGE SQUATS (20 Seconds Each Side)

  • Extend your arms in the air, parallel to your body.
  • Feet wide apart.
  • Right foot flat on the ground.
  • Lift your left heel.
  • Bend your knees.
  • Come back up, for 20 seconds each side.

  • Arm to the side.

  • Take a big wide step.
  • Squat down.
  • Arms to the side.
  • Do small circle with your arms, for 15 seconds forward and 15 seconds backward.

7. KNEE TO ELBOW (30 Seconds)

  • Plank position.
  • Touch your right elbow with your left knee.
  • Touch your left elbow with your right knee, for 30 seconds.

  • Still in plank position.
  • Bring your right knee up.
  • Bring your left knee up, for 30 seconds.
